Hey, I’m Simon Dobson, a music producer based on the Central Coast of NSW, working out of my studio, Lakehouse Audio. I specialise in indie, rock, and pop production.

 

The music I’ve produced has picked up tens of millions of streams, landed regular spots on international Spotify and Apple Music editorial playlists, and received high rotation airplay on Triple J. My work has also been featured on KEXP and in Rolling Stone Magazine, and synced to TV, film, and advertising campaigns.

 

In 2025, I produced Rum Jungle’s debut album Recency Bias, which debuted at #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart, with one of its singles reaching the #1 most played spot on Triple J that week.

 

I’ve worked with artists including Rum Jungle, Gloomie, Lawson Hull, Israel Cannan, and Bootleg Rascal, and I’m passionate about helping musicians find their sound, refine their songs, and build sustainable music careers.
